If you are having problem with downloads, you can directly talk to us via skype. But We do not provide any type of technical or troubleshooting support. We have tried this repeatedly and found it to be extremely difficult to serve support for such a large amount of different downloads for software’s (1200+ different applications, can you imagine?). Therefore, we will NO LONGER respond to troubleshooting questions. If you need any help, please refer to instructions files that we’ve prepared for each downloads.
